Booking and Deposit Policy:

A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking for all Tranjectual by Injectual appointments. This deposit can be paid online, over the phone, or in the clinic.

Consultations are free, and the £50 deposit is fully refundable if you attend the consultation but choose not to proceed with treatment. This does not apply for buttocks or hip dip filler consultations.

The deposit for buttocks or hip dip filler consultations is non-refundable.

If you proceed with treatment, the deposit will be credited toward the cost of your treatment or skincare products and must be used within 3 months.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be held on file and can be applied toward future treatments or products within 3 months.

Late cancellations or changes (within 48 hours of your appointment) will result in the deposit being forfeited.

For courses, packages, or subscriptions, a missed appointment will result in the deduction of one treatment from the remaining sessions.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If payment is delayed, your appointment may be offered to someone else.

Dermal filler pricing includes the amount up to 1ml and any unused filler is disposed of and cannot be used at a later date.

Refund Policy:

Tranjectual by Injectual only employs GMC/GDC/NMC/GPC registered practitioners to administer injectable treatments and therefore does not issue refunds for any treatment previously provided. If you are unhappy with the result of your treatments, Tranjectual by Injectual may, in certain circumstances, offer an alternative treatment should your practitioner agree that further treatment may be required to achieve results. This will be discussed at your review appointment. Patients who do not attend a review will not be eligible for any form of reparation.

Treatments/services are not transferable. All items & purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.


General Terms & Conditions:

A 14-day cooling-off period applies to all purchases, provided no treatments have been redeemed and all products remain unused and unopened.

If you are unable to continue treatment for medical reasons, a doctor’s note must be submitted for review. If approved, pay-as-you-go rates will be deducted from any refund.

Treatment credits may be applied after consultation with your practitioner if a more appropriate treatment is recommended.

All Tranjectual by Injectual packages expire 18 months from purchase.

Missed or late-amended appointments (within 48 hours) will be considered redeemed.

All product reactions must be reported for investigation and may be escalated to the manufacturer.

Membership/package instalment agreements must be signed. Missed payments will pause your treatments until the balance is settled.

Finance purchases via third-party providers are not eligible for discounts.

Deposits are non-refundable and can be used against treatments within 3 months. 48 hours’ notice is required for changes.


Laser Hair Removal Terms & Conditions:

Patients must be 18+.

Not available to those pregnant or breastfeeding.

Patch testing is required 24–48 hours before treatment. If you’ve had sun/UV exposure within 6 weeks, another patch test is required.

Package treatments must be done in a single session. We cannot split areas across appointments.

If it has been over 12 months since your last laser session, a new patch test is required.

No discounts for removed areas in pre-defined packages.

Arrive with skin free of product; unprepared sessions may be forfeited.

Changes to medical history or sun exposure must be reported before treatment.

Follow all aftercare instructions provided.


Shaving Policy:

It is the patient's responsibility to arrive fully shaved. Failure to do so may result in refusal of treatment or a £50 shaving service charge (if arranged in advance).

Complaint stages:

  1. Written complaints acknowledged within 2 working days (unless resolved in 5).

  2. Full written response provided within 21 working days.

Tranjectual by Injectual promotes respect and dignity for all.
We do not tolerate abusive behaviour from or toward patients, visitors, or staff. We reserve the right to refuse future care if necessary.
